Hey. Does anyone know how to, in B-Spec mode, make it NOT go back into 1x mode after ptting?
I keep it on the stats screen, at 3x speed, but when the driver decides to pit the screen goes back to driving screen (?) and the speed goes back to 1x.

Frown if you will, but for the 24 hour endurance races I'd like to keep my PS2 on overnight with my driver driving at 3x. is this possible?

thanks.

It is not possible, it will always go back to outside view and 1x.

Yeah i made a really nice long thread and forgot to copy it all to a word document then then i could re-submit it later on lol. And it got rejected, i suspect because i was pissing off some mods a couple days before that about letting threads like this pass

Maybe it's because you hijack threads so they don't feel you deserve your own. Have either of you responded to his question?

Now, on topic again, and I hope no-one else brings it back off...........

Shigashio, each time you return to the pits, your driver will automatically go back to 1x speed, it's annoying but so is a lot of things PD didn't clearly think through.
Also keep in mind that without your direct input, it will take extra time for the pit because it waits a certain period of time before using the default pit settings (aka, the same ones as the last pit). You can speed this along by ckicking "ok" on the pit screen but obviously if you are sleeping, you'll have to account for the fact that it will take that extra time in the pits each pit.

Thanks for the reply....I actually just hit the forums to find out this answer and lo and behold....theres a whole thread on it :)

Cheers

oh - first post too :)

NO I didn't. And you know why, because the same thing doesn't need to be repeated literally 15 different times as it is done on these boards. You are whoreing up his thread just as much as we are hijacking it so shut the fukc up.

Hey, the harsh language isn't necessary, but neither was the attack from S13Ender.

I suppose I shouldn't even have said what I said in the first place.... but it was slightly annoying when I spent 20 minutes writing a thread that no-one else had talked about yet, and this thread was approved even though the content has been gone over several times. I still respect the mods here though; generally they do a good job. And I can understand why they have the mod review before the thread is posted. It does keep clutter down, but IMHO they should be a little more selective when it comes to what is posted. This thread should be closed soon though... I can see that a little mini flame war could possibly start.

Both of you need to lay off, the mods don't like that sort of behavior. I STRONGLY recommend you edit your post since that language is not tolerated on GTP. You have been reported to the mods. Please be more careful next time.
