B spec stuck on 23 when 24

My b scec driver is stuck on level 23 when he is really 24.
The main menu says 24, but his profile box says 23, he even had the cheering when he reached 24, but the main screen is stuck on 23 & will not move, so he cant progress.
Dont tell me i have to start again.
See top right corner 23.

That top right corner level is your B-Spec level. This is separate from your B-Spec drivers level. Only thing I can think of, unless it's a mysterious glitch. That's just all I see though so don't blame me if I'm wrong. :scared:
 
Ya maniac. 23 is YOUR level. This is the level that actually counts and gets you into races, so you can enter a class 1 driver into nurburgring 24h as long as YOU are level 40. Driver classes are there to confuse you. I actually smashed my controller against the wall when I saw the levels were different. Then I realized why they were different.
 
lol dude, your B-Spec Level is 23, Driver Class Level 24, how did you miss that. :sly:

Seriously, back off. All of you. A simple "Your B-Spec level is 23, and your driver class is 24, they are two separate things. ;)" would have sufficed. All of the bashing, facepalming, and name-calling are all unnecessary and quite frankly go against what the AUP stands for.
 
I though our b-level would always be higher than the drivers b-level, how does our b-level rise? (I haven't played much b-level races, only level 2)

Yes they are two different things but only because you can have multiple drivers.

I would have thought the levelling table for drivers and b-spec mode itself would have been identicle.

Forget these guys replies mate, not even worth reading let alone responding.
 
The standards have certainly lowered since gt5 was released!

On topic, my bspec level is 27. I have 6 drivers, is at career level 27, 4 are at 21 and the other is at 13.
I have shared driving around recently to get them all the same level, but originally my main driver was always a career level or two ahead of what the bspec was, if that makes sense.
 
I didn't think it was possible for one of your drivers to have a higher level than your own b-spec level. As far as I know both your driver and you get the same xp per race, so how is he a level higher? It does look like a glitch to me.

It's not a glitch it's just a different leveling system with drivers able to level up quicker which I think is good because your drivers are less likely to be out of their depth in some races.

Agree 100%. It's similar but not exactly the same award. Your driver if you use just one will be slightly ahead of what you have.

you have hit lvl 23 b spec and you didnt know that? what you been doing for 23 lvls? haha
 
My B-Spec level is 40...and one of my drivers is on 40 but STILL only half way thru his career. He has been in every race...and still half way.

Any clues out there as to how to get him to the PEAK of his career...!

He's probably already at the peak as the career bar fills up physical fitness decreases and he becomes a worse driver overall.

btw the career bar will not fill up in remote races but other stats will change.
