B-Spec'n questions

OK, I'm a late arrival to this B-Spec thing. Reluctantly jumping in after kinda reaching a wall at A-Spec. So I've got a dude and he's stone-cold cool - have to remind him to pick up the pace a bit, but otherwise seems a pretty good driver even in the read.

Now I've got the option to train a second dude. This time I selected a hot-head.

But here's my question - I really want to develop dude number 1 to his maximum potential. Do I need to race dude's 2-6 or whatever they allow us to have? I don't want to split all my experience between 6 dudes and don't want to re-race the whole grid six times either.

What's best, focus on making one dude really good, or a car full of sloppy sort-of trained dudes?
 
Take the red one. He not sloppy, he is agresiv. And he will knokk the car in front to get past.
 
was KAZ fan of MATRIX? red pill or the blue pill? 👍:)

train 3 drivers, one of them maybe will turn out a good one. I've heard that in endurance races you will be able to drive with 2 or 3 drivers.. dont know for sure! Use all 6 drivers, and some of them leave at level 0, they will come up usefull in expert events Like the wind!
 
Is it posible to change Bob's personality, after you have take hem in to your team?
From blue to red. or the other way
 
I am up to 4 b spec drivers now, and they are all similar level as the game essentially forces you to switch drivers as their morale goes up and down. I have two cools and two hots, and I am finding the hot drivers win a lot more.

I agre ther hot drivers are bether, they actually overtake when you ask them to due it.

I have three Bob's that are in the midel, and one that are hot. I am trayning the hot one now.
The three Bob's has had the same morale the all time (I think):rolleyes:
