The BAC Mono R '20 is a higher-performance variant of the original BAC Mono featuring more horsepower from its naturally aspirated engine (up to 340hp) and an air snorkel on the right side of the car which signifies this as a more track-focused version. As compared to the original car, 25kg has been reduced, giving it a weight of 566kg and can reach a top speed of 273km/h (170mph). Only 30 examples were ever made, and all have been sold out.
Interestingly, the first-known BAC Mono R has a F.E.I.S.A.R. (Federal European Industrial Science And Research) livery designed and commissioned by one of the co-creators of the WipEout anti-gravity motorsports game series, which could see this going alongside the original BAC Mono that's already coming to GT7.
