Hey guys does anybody have a html script or somthing like to rate somthing? Like if i had a book i could have the websites rating then the visitors could also rate it between 0-10 like gamespot does with there games.

Are you using html? Php? What?

If you're using some place like freewebs, it can't be done. There's no way to edit the templates they give you (you have to stick the code into your page source).
 
Im using Web Page V2 and uploadiong it onto my freewebs account or bravenet account i havnt decided yet
 
Well, I know for a fact bravehost doesn't support PHP
 
Yes, they're both pretty useless infact. Freewebs won't let you upload any pages at all, as far as i know, and bravenet only like html.

I'd suggest getting yourself a decent host :)
 
Free webs will thats what i used for a site a wile back befor i purchesed the full version of WPM v2. And is there any better hosts out there? Free preferibly.
 
Hmm, well bravenet and freewebs basically handle the free market now-a-days. I'm not 100% sure what http://www.cjb.net/ offers, but i've used them for temp hosting before :) If you're willing to pay (which gets you a better deal in the long run), me and darrkcloud use www.statichost.co.uk. They're very fast, customer support is top notch, and their packages are very affordable (starting from £1.25 a month, or £12.50 a year.

I'm not sure how much you're into the hosting stuff, and know how to use ftp and cpanel etc, so there's a fair bit to catch up on before you move from freewebs and bravenet.
 
thanks ya i can upload the stuff its just the coding that i have problems with. What about the rating system is there any others or what i cant figure out how to use the one from hotscripts.
