For those of you who are backing up your hard drive, what are you using? I am looking at a G-Technogolgy Mobile 500 GB... I can use that to back up my system and my Apple MacBook Pro. I have a time machine on my wireless network and it will back up all the computers in my house but I like the ideal of this G-Tech mobile...(small for the amount of storage) prices have come down over the years and 500GM for under $120.00 is cheap... what are you using

$120 .. USD??
the market price for a Western Digital WD5000BEKT is no more than $64-65 USD

edit: sorry, I thought you were asking about replacing your existing PS3 drive onto this new one.

for backups, get the biggest storage for your dollar. Currently, it is a Seagate 2TB = 2,048 GB = 23 feet tall stack of 1,388 1.44MB Floppy diskettes, for approx USD$82 from disty

i have only backed up GT5 so far... good thing too as my ps3 started freaking out earlier and caused my GT5 save file to corrupt.. luckily for me I had my file backed up onto a 4GB pen drive

That may be true... I have a WD... but another thing I like about the G- Tech mobile it only the size of a pack of cigarettes.. ( I do not smoke ) just for a size comparison.. small enough to put in my pocket or my motorcyle when I am traveling
