Backup data

I have lost all setups and 136 cars but my backup data has it all

Most people know how to back up to a USB now so they always have a backup.

Go into USB and press triangle, then copy the data back to the system.

That's a good question, as I was wondering how to access that new backup file that came as a result of V2.06, too. I thought it would be automatic, if the game found the current save game to be corrupted, it would load the backup file.

I didn't check, but did they add any information about the new backup file in the manual?

GT5 now auto-backs up your data. Just delete the normal save data (NOT THE BACK UP) and GT5 will automatically load the back up and create a new save file for you.

ok thats what I thought and there is a gta backup aswell
