But it is new tv just 6 days since i purchase.

But it is a new TV. It's just 6 days since I purchased it.

Secondly, what have you done to address the issue? What resolution is the PS3 outputting? What resolution will the TV accept? How is the PS3 connected to the TV? How have you set the display up in GT6's options?

We're missing an awful lot of information here - it's very difficult to sat how to fix something if the only information given is that it's broken.
