I like how you switched it up by doing Trial Mountain in reverse .. Sigh.

Line needs work, throttle jabbing has got to go and your initiation is too pronounced. Other than that, looks good.

..."throttle jabbing has got to go"..? That's how I control my throttle. :)

Yeah, I would say that was the best part. The challenge is not how pronounced your entry is. It's how UNpronounced your drift angle is. From your setup, it looks like you're going into this big angle drift. But it never really happens. The way you're reving the car also shows that you either think you're at a higher angle then you are, or are just not quite used to it yet.

Honestly bud, very not bad. Just shy on the angles.

Yo, Bamboo. Haven't heard from you in a while. Love the vids, I do throttle jabbing too. It's an effective technique. :)

..."Haven't heard from you in a while"... I do check the forum now and then, just never log in.

Am I seeing things or are there really bamboo ads.

Yeah, thanks Apex.

Agressiveness is my style. :) Also like to rev the engines a lot.

I feel sorry for that Z4 you reved it hard! anyway you need to work on your exit, smoothness is the key not aggrasiveness.

I think people are maybe being a bit super-critical on this thread, just because you weren't super-selective when putting together the video. In general, I think the video is great and some drifts are executed perfectly. For example, I really like that slo-mo drift where you butter the S2k up onto the curb, grind the differential on the ground and disappear in a cloud of sparks. Friggin' great!

If I had to be constructively critical, I'd say you could generally turn in earlier, get closer to the apex and hit the exit curb later (equals bigger radius equals higher speed). Plus, as background music you could use "House of Bamboo" (Earl Grant, mojo club volume 10) to add even more bamboo to this thread... :dopey:

P.S.: Great color accuracy. I wish more drifters would post MPEG instead of WMV.

That's definitely my fav vid so far. I thought it was beautifully produced. I love seeing not-your-averge drifts and especially knockin them cones down. I give it four 👍 👍 👍 👍

nice video bamboo, the in-car footage was really cool, I dont have any convertibles, I didnt know that you could do that. :)👍

yea bamboo, I actually tried doin that footage, couldn't figure it out.

Good stuff. I like how you left it kinda raw. The in car, cone punting and sparks were some awesome touches.

perhaps in the "dive replay" views? Tankspanker let me know if you remove all the songs from your playlist in the game the camera will stay on each different view alot longer (great for videos), and you can cycle through the views with the X button still.

Good or bad, somehow I like reading the comments and feedbacks I get. Thanks guys. 👍 and yes just do the replay trick to get different views.

sweet video, good music, good drifting, 👍 thumbs down on the cars! 👎
thats just my crappy personal opinion. :dunce: i like more tops or hard tops! lol

Thanks for the comments 👍

Great video, good job.

Question : how did you get the camera of the driver ? (convertibles cars)

Replay trick:

1) Replay music off
2) Go replay
3) Eject disc tray
4) Switch to Dive replay
5) Hit X button to change view
6) Uneject disc tray afterward

:)
