Ban of Dwarf Tossing

Anyone from Ontario? If so it seems as you have tossed your last dwarf. It's such a shame that they are banning this noble sport. It's only one solution to this, join Tony Hawk, NFS and other in the mighty underground life.

They don't even define "Dwarf". Surely you need to be more specific when you are making laws. I mean, are you allowed to toss a shorter than average person?
