Banned from Forum? (Not exactly sure)

I have a question that I could not seem to find the answer for on the forums. I have a fellow GTPlanet colleague who received an infraction last year. Since receiving the infraction he hadn't attempted to log in back in until last night. He successfully logged into his username; however, he could not enter the GTPlanet forum. Every time he attempted to do so it gave him an error message. Also another issue that happened involving this error message is that he cannot open his Inbox or edit his profile since in order to do so he needs to click on the forums page link and that prevents him from activity.

Moderators have been contacted to assist, but out of curiosity wanted to quickly ask....has anyone else experienced this problem before?

Has he tried this? If he hasn't logged in for quite a while that would likely be the cause(unless the infraction was for something serious).

I find it curious that you've contacted one member of staff to say it was your friend (as here), but another to say it was you.

Given that you've contacted the staff directly, a thread isn't necessary.
