Banned from news posts

I know my comment was not entirely helpful, but realistically it was partially valid, but that is not the point.

Is the ban permanent or temporary, and of so for how long?

On a side note, if I had clarified my position (which I should have done so in the first place rather than trying later) would that have made a difference?

The ban is for the front page news which I think is separate from the forums.

I thought doing the request publicly would help, but I have also done what is suggested in the FAQ.

Your comment was probably innappropriate and violated the AU. In order to be banned it must happen multiple times.

If you post negative comments over and over you can and will get banned from making any new post.
You best wait for a mod to explain for what reason you were banned.

Just got the email. Essentially, rather than purely bitch like I did, I should have explained my reasoning and noted examples to support by stance.
