Banned users not in the Banned User Log

Hi.

Not sure where to post this or if I should send a PM to mods or whatever, but I'm curious. I've noticed not all banned users are listed in the Banned User Log. I know Carl the Sloth was banned in the middle of march but he is not listed, and I can think of a few more actually... Why is that?
