With the addition of the McLaren F1 GTR in the 1.34 update, being able to fire up GT6 at my beck and call gave me another perspective on the additional cars that we could expect coming into the game. Similar to the 15th Anniversary roster, another pattern seems to be appearing that refers to another unique set of vehicles back in GT6, this time being the Base Model variants. Some of you may remember that a few of the Premium race cars have a "Base Model" version, stripping the car of its entire livery and featuring either a plain white or gray color. At first I didn't notice a thing when the M3 GT2 and the '08 GT500 cars were added, but as I was perusing through the GT6 Dealerships and my own Garage, and posting lap times of the BRZ and IS350 GT300 Base Model cars in my other thread (found here), all those things finally hit me when I saw the McLaren F1 GTR in the latest update.
Which of the remaining Base Model cars are you looking forward to?
Note: some of the cars here have been highlighted in a dark blue color, as they are already part of the 15th Anniversary roster. While being redundant, I still went ahead and added them here for inclusion's sake and completeness.
