Basic tuning

I have timed for drag quite a bit and know what tuning is. I was just wondering what is a good setup or base tune for a Camaro SS 2010. I know I'm not getting the best tunes. But could you at least tell me what does everything do that you change drifting wise. Like camber toe spring rates damoers etc. Will it cause more oversteer/understeer. I don't just want a tune but to know what everything does. By the way I am using DS3.
