Beat the game? Now what?

Vat Man and I have made several comments about what we're planning on doing in the game after we have finished GT3 (I'm ALMOST done). What are you guys planning on doing? I think I'm going to try to get the RX-7 LM in every color. I need to find a list of colors first though (:

I was planning to try to win the Beginner races in the weakest car I can, and also attempt the licenses in gold (got about a quarter of them) - but I'd certainly be interested in other activities!
 
You finished the game percentage wise but the game is never really over, unless GT4 comes out than it is truly over. ;)
