I've finshed, and won , all beginner and professional arena race events. However, when I then try to enter some other races, I get a message that I need to finish beginner and professional races first. I'm confused. Does beginner and professional mean all of the Japan, USA, and Euro races as well?

Like amp88 said, please look where we have directed you. I gave you 4 possible places to look, and i'm 100% sure that what i gave you is more then enough.
And 99.9% of the time people ask this question they either havn't golded them all, or just raced them, and didn't do the race series.

You asked this question yesterday. I gave you the exact answer you were after then too:

This has been covered many a time before.

To enter the GT World Championship in Professional Hall you MUST have won every other race and championship in Beginner and Professional Halls first. If you find you cannot enter this series it is because, and only because, you have not done this.

Check your diary to find any races you may have missed out on 1st place in, and check to make sure you have won each car available for each championship.

So why make another thread about it? This is verging on the unacceptable.

You say you have won all Beginner and Professional Hall races. If you cannot gain entry to the GT World Championship then you have not. It is directly correlative. You must do "x" in order to be allowed entry to "y". If you are not allowed entry to "y" then you have not done "x".

Absolutely every one of the two or three hundred times this has been asked on this board (and I kid you not), someone has missed out on doing a championship event race, or hasn't won one of the races and thinks the bronze trophy they have is actually a gold.

I say again to you:
  • Check that you have a "1st place" in your diary for every single race in Beginner and Professional Halls.
  • Check, using our Prize Car Lists that you have won every single car for every single Championship race (this is where you enter a whole series and are awarded points on every race) in Beginner Hall and Professional Hall. For your further ease of reference, these are:
    • Professional Hall/Tuning Car Grand Prix - Nismo Option Stream Z '04
    • Professional Hall/World Classic Car Series - Daimler Motor Carriage 1886
    • Professional Hall/World Compact Car Race - Honda S800 RSC Race Car '68
  • Check all of these things again.

Just re-reading your question in this version of the thread, no, Beginner and Professional Halls does not mean Beginner and Professional Halls and two or three other Halls. It means Beginner Hall and Professional Hall.
