Beirut Hariri GP - Proposed but never made F1 GP track in Lebanon.

I have tried to create this circuit as faithfully as I can, it was originally intended to be part of Beirut's waterfront development hence the Home Straight is on the lake edge, due to this some elevation exists that wouldn't in the real world.
(I think this gives it a little more character personally).
Beyond that I have placed as much as possible around the track to reflect it's street circuit identity, and it maintains the tight and right angle corners you would expect to find.
