Best 3D settings for minimal crosstalk

I've been scouring the interwebz and i haven't been able to get a definite answer.

Have a 3D capable TV but not able to minimize crosstalk and it's evident pretty strongly in the cockpit view, any suggestions?

Its been a while since I have played in 3d but from a previous post on reddit I see the settings I was using where 7 and .7 for cockpit view, and 9 and .9 for bumper cam. This is on a 55" playing about 3 to 4 feet away. Also no adjustments where made on the tv.
