How about the LFA?

Definitely one I do like, the exhaust note is equally as awesome as the Zonda, but I dunno, I just dont seem to enjoy how it drives as much as the others I have chosen.

In addition compared to the Zonda C12, it didnt have as much impact to how they represented the manufacturer they were from, since Lexus was a luxury toyota, who have made a sizeable amount of sports cars back in the 90s, while the C12 was Pagani's first vehicle, which in a blaze of glory shook the supercar world.

The Lexus LFA is always, definitely a Honourable mention though, cant believe I forgot that car (and its fantastic array of colours!) :scared:

I like the sound that a LFA makes....but that is pretty much it.

The LFA is overpriced. That Lexus badge bumped the cost waaaay too high. Truthfully, you are better off with a Nissan GT-R. That car has better weight distribution, comes in four wheel drive, has better 0-60 acceleration, room for 2 midgets at the rear, corners better and is about 1/4 million dollars cheaper. You would have to be a colossal moron to purchase a LFA in real life.

However...it does make quite the noise..

Additionally, the LFA's is not the best looking supercar...not by a long shot.

If you're talking about the looks, then Zonda R is probably thre best supercar in the game

That sir; is all opinion.

If I had £300k+ the only supercar I'd buy is the LFA. Not because I already drive a Lexus, but because I think it is the most awesome supercar to come out in years.
If I had enough money to buy the LFA, chances are that I'd already have the GTR in my garage.
Oh yeah, and that V10 is better than any other sound I could ever think of. :sly:

The LFA is definitely a car you purchase for noises and a good fun thrilling drive.. If you want a supercar that out of the gate turns excellent lap times the LFA is not it, its actually pretty d:censored:mn slow for a supercar, many cars for a similar or lower price can absolutely crush it, and my NSXs cost after modifications was cheaper, and that car is capable of running down modified supercars on racing tires, much less a stock LFA.

No I completely agree with you. If you were a billionaire or something along the lines of RIDICULOUSLY RICH, then why not have a LFA?

However, if you only had $375 000 some dollars, LFA would not be the best investment. There are many cars out there who produce equally great sound for 375 000. Personally, i would buy a 458 or two marrusai b1's lol, maybe even a mp4-12c spyder.

A stock invester would not buy 10000000000000 shares on a company that had a history of credit failures.

But yes, if you really love the LFA then might as well buy one. However, i am just suggesting that there probably are better options out there. I guarantee you that if i stuck a suzuki badge on that car the cost would effectivley drop 50 000. Additionally, for a car that is made out of carbonfibre, 7:38 at the ring is terrible. A 2012 ZR1 or viper ACR (both around $120000) did the ring 18 seconds faster! So that just puts it to perspective just how overpriced the LFA is. I could buy 3 ZR1's...

Lexus are good at making luxury vehicles, and that is pretty much it lol.

Just opinions...

Zonda R is not a supercar, it is a racecar. Its not allowed on street because it makes too much of a racket and is way too low.

When did i mention looks were everything :)?

Best:Tvr speed 12 with a good tune

It got power and torque and grip at the same time.even in a 1 mile drag, they are one of the fastest drag cars ever.

I'm actually surprised this is the only mention of this car in this thread.

Trevor Cerbera Speed 12 '00

Of all the supercars in GT5, this is by far the fastest supercar around any track that if driven/raced against (Minus the Veyron). What makes this car great is not only the raw power, but the adjustable downforce that's comparable to many/most race cars.

Aside from the massive torque, this machine is an incredible power/performance car. It's my third most driven street vehicle (Behind the Lancia Stratos '73 and Honda Insight '99).

About the Veyron and the Enzo, I've noticed that, since both have the automatic rear spoiler, these cars are given insane amounts of rear downforce that greatly hurt the turning performance (Understeer) that is so greatly complained about. The Enzo can be more easily fixed by applying a spoiler to the car and decreasing the downforce to 5, however the Veyron doesn't have that luxury.

If you were a billionaire or something

I would definitely get these two just for their sound alone, let alone any of the other reasons to own one. Can't get enough of either of these beasts, they sound like Satan himself.

Lamborghini Countach
Mercedes S63 AMG

As for GT5, my favourite car to drive at the moment is the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG '10, especially when fitted with a lower grade tyre on the back. Makes it oh so much fun.

Do take note that a few supercars also don't have any front downforce value. This is why the R8 V10 (value of 10) easily keeps up with the LP560-4 (value of 0) in the bends and some others (McMerc SLR in particular) will always understeer.

Favorite? Miura, no question. Though the Vented-door and SV come close.
