Best Arcade Single Race Lineups

What is your best offline arcade single race lineups? It could be interesting, competitive, or just ridiculous. You can provide the AI list too.

For me, it was when i rallying in Toscana with El Camino. Half of the AI are muscle cars, the other half are a rather "diverse" selection of european cars. (Elise, Range Stormer, Audi S3, Alfa GT, and a Lancia Delta.
 
I did a 3 lap race in my 02 Ford Focus RS at Trial Mountain and my lineup consisted of a MX5 starting in 1st followed by a 300C in 2nd and a 300zx in 3rd. Also there was a Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG 02 and either a opel or a vauxhall vectral in the race as well.
 
I liked the time I tried a TS030... and got a bunch of fantasy Gran Turismo GT cars.

Not. Arcade sucks.
