Best Car for Seasonal FF time trial?

Last night I went and looked at the top times for the FF seasonal TT leaderboards. I can't remember the car everyone was using, but I do know when I went to look for it I couldn't find it in the dealerships. Is this a used car and am I just going to have to be lucky to find it there? If so what is the best car I can buy for this that is available at the dealership?
