Okay, before I start (And just for Neon and other mods..
) I've tried searching for this topic, but the search function doesn't like 2 letter strings...... What's that all about???
Anyway, I'd better explain my gameplay goals before I ask this question. I'm on my first trip though the game, but to make it more interesting I've decided I'm going to stick to the following rules (*IF* I can...... )
1. I'm only going to race cars that I've paid for with cold hard earned. Do not race prize cars.
2. I'm not going to sell any cars untill I start to run out of room in the garage. All money spent is to be prize money.
3. I'm going to *TRY* not to run a series more than once (Although I've already broken this rule. Started to run out of cash, so ran the MX5 enduro a few times. Also, I'll need to go back to a few series to win needed prize cars when I've got 100%.)
4. Try to keep 100% win ratio. Okay, a bit pointless, but it keeps me happy.
Gonna make the save-reload trick a little hard mind...
5. Run each league in this order if possible. Beginner - Am - Enduro - Rally - Pro. (Like I say, I've run a couple of enduro races out of order, but only for some more cash.)
6. End up with a garage containing every car in the game with 0 miles on the clock.
7. 48 gold licenses. Done.
The result of all this is that I'm near completion of Amature, and it's getting to a stage where I need to buy a race car of some description. I've saved up 1.25M credits, and I'm looking for a car that will handle itself in the quicker pro league races, and the formula GT series in particular.
So, after all that, is there a car which can be bought that will be able to keep up in the formular GT series?? I'm looking at a GTR1, but I don't think there's anyway it will keep up (I haven't really tested it yet).....
Help!
Cheers,
Rich
