To me, Honda S800, hands down. Very fast for its power and very nimble/agile on corners. đź‘Ť
It is obviously not the fastest in top speed but when you use such low PP you usually want to race in slow/small tracks like for example Tsukuba or London.
My Two 350pp racers are in fact Eco Cars. The Prius G touring and the Nissan Leaf, however if the pp that the OP wanted was 370pp then the Aqua is quite a sleeper.
haha I just tuned one this morning to around 360PP. fun to drive once you get the tune sorted but you still better brake carefully and not turn in too quickly.
This car was very good and agile in GT5 but it lacked the horsepower. But in very slow/cornering tracks it did well. The S800 is similar but faster on the straight.
