Been doing some online racing and have come across a lot of servers that have HP limitations. I just don't have anything to compete at each of those HP levels. Most of the stock cars listed in the garage are not competetive. I've got several million bucks to play with.
Will I get the fastest cars if I race mod them or is it generally best to increase horsepower and get stick race soft tires, reduced weight, and aero packages?
I know that there are some pretty competitive WRX's and EVO's out there that I just can't keep up with.
What are the best cars you can think of that fit into those HP brackets?
