I saw it on Rotten.com's pictures of the day first I think. ThenI saw it on Ogrish.com and then at Stile.com, then it started really popping up everywhere. i think I even bumped into it somehow on kazaa.

Evil penquin 2 looks like its been tampered with. evil penquin 1 i know is real cause i saw it on tv once. but both are really funny!!!
