Honda Takata Dome NSX '03, Nissan Motul Pitwork Z '03, Nissan Xanavi Nismo GT-R '04, Toyota Woodone Tom's Supra '03. If you want to know the truly best one it's one of those depending on the track. My vote goes for the Supra, if only because of the engine power delivery.

I think the Pitwork Z is the fastest by a margin, but I could be wrong. Since you didn't specify JGTC500, and because I don't especially like any of the cars in that class, my favorite JGTC car is the Superautobacs Apex MR-S.
