Best Lancer and Skyline?

I was wondering what the best model of the Lancer and Skyline are. I like the look of the new Lancer, and I like the Skyline of the 90s. Is there a big statistical or handling difference? and are the Lancers used in the rally events?

Well, the EVO x you get about 499 bhp in, an a bit over 1200kg. It is very good to drive. But I have not tested it enough. The Evo IX you can put a race mod on and get about 515 bhp, with racing soft I got laptimes of 6.40 on the Nurburgring.

The R32 gets about 666bhp and weighs about 1250kg. Best laptop on the ring for me is 6.50.

I know you can get over 700 bhp in the R34, but I have not tried it yet.

The GT-R 07 holds about 823HP top speed of about 217mph and it handles like a charm. only weighs about 1411kg. Not many can keep up with this one. (I have not tried most exotic cars in the game thou)

The differences between the older model Skylines and Evos and the newer ones varies from small to great when it comes to handling and raw power. Just know that the differences are there. With driving skills and upgrades being equal -- and you behind the wheel of an older model -- an opponent in the newer version will most likely beat you around a track almost every time. But I digress....

Best in my opinion, as far as a good solid fun drive goes, but not necessarily best around the track if a stopwatch is your main concern:

R32 and Evo V.
