Since you specify "doesn't matter with what car", I would answer 46.367 in a 2,200 hp Mini Cooper (hybrid, of course).

Here you'll find in the 'hybrid' section a BMW 328i that lapped Midfield in 25.387.
I don't know how someone can control a car at an average speed of 300 mph...

I hope you didn't misunderstand me : you won't find the car by following the link, you'll only see the registered time...
But if you have an X-port or shark-port, the Mighty Mini is attached. (I can do nothing for the BMW, I wish I had it... )
