Best Motoring & Hot Version. Giving us our fix on what's happening in the land of the rising sun's motoring world along with modified cars to make us salivate litres and litres for days and days. Big thanks to GTChannel for taking the time to translate these awesome shows.

Now since Top Gear was in the hands of Forza, maybe it would be nice to flaunt BMI or HVI on GT in a few aspects.
I'm sure Kaz & PD are friendly with the chaps over on those shows especially since during the unveiling of the Sierra Circuit for GT6, some notable presenters from the shows were there (Like Keiichi Tsuchiya)

Wouldn't that be interesting to see now?

I thought Best Motoring ended few years ago... Tsuchiya for life I remember learning some drifting techniques from an episode of Best Motoring..

Gran Turismo 1- 4, IS Best Motoring. 6 cars on track. Tsukuba Circuit. The S2000 Super Taikyu and Amuse R1 felt like PD were definitely working with the BMI crew. When we got the Spoon CRZ, Amuse 380 and RE FD3S Touge Monster, I swore we would get more up to date Hot Version cars. Oh well, we shall see.

Well GT is basically Best Motoring the game. Even today you can still pick out a few wacky cars and race them together on Tsukuba against friends. Even GT TV used to have some old Best Motoring episodes.

Though I think BMI and HVI needs more of a presence in GT besides GT TV and all. Look at how Top Gear impacted Forza and how much of an atmosphere it set in the game (I've only seen Youtube vids though, don't have an Xbox)

Not just for car testing but also driving technique and possibly even GT Licenses.
I mean check this even

Gunsai was planned (and actually fully modeled.) to be in GT4 but that never happened sadly. But considering they use assets from the PS2 you might see it if they decide to pick up Hot Version as a sponsor per se.
