Background: For people who may not know, Best Motoring was a Japanese car review show, made by Japanese racing drivers. They reviewed all types of cars, but primarily focused on Japanese domestic cars. They were famous in Japan for their brilliant track events, and that's what this challenge is trying to emulate. Follow all the rules below and don't forget to have fun!

Race Type: P/Q/R
Race Length: 15 minute qualifier, 12 laps. *One mandatory pit stop*
Tuning: None unless stated otherwise below. Keep the exterior stock.
Tire: Sports: Hard
Car Restrictions: Four drivers to a car, max. See below for car specifics.
