What cars have really nice cockpits?
What are your favourites?
Which cars have screens, cameras, windshield HUD or shift lights?

I have the Corvette Stingray Gran Turismo concept and it has a nice mix of analog & digital display & the windshield HUD for speed (MPH) & gear.

Nissan silvia touring car, mazda mx5, rx8 to name a few. Highly recommended for night driving.

G27 high end performance, look to the side, you should see a mp3 player and look in the back you will see a ps3 and flat screen tv, quality

I like cockpits where you can see the mirrors. The Alfa Romeo MiTo is a great example of that. It has a working fuel gauge as well. It also has a working odometer on the display, but it's too small to be readable at the standard field of view.

The Infiniti coupe (G35?) has a flashing light on the dashboard that let's you know when it's time to shift up (in case you don't know :P). Pretty good mirrors in that one as well, I think. And it got a working clock on the dashboard.

Toyota 2000GT, REAL WOOD. Lexus LFA (Both), the TFT display. Pagani Huayra, Steampunk.

The 2000GT also has the mirrors right in front of you and it has the slowest opening pop-up headlights known to man and machine.

That's awesome. I will have to check that out. Can you take some pics to show us?? Some of the interiors are indeed very amazing.

Mazda 787B ... all those LCD screens ... just love it

In regard to this topic: there are 3 views for playing within the cockpit. Which one do you guys prefer to use and why?

Are you talking about standard, narrow and narrower? I prefer standard.

Another great cockpit: Alpine A110. The chrome windscreen wipers glare in the sunshine :D

Okay, off of the top of my head:

C7 vette, digital speedometer looks amazing, interior is very detailed.
SRT Viper '13: Shift indicator in the shape of the viper logo on the center of the steering wheel.
Mazda RX7 Spirit (premium version), very detailed, love it.

Just been using the Citroén GT road car, the cockpit looks like it belongs in the film TRON... biggest dashboard in the game maybe!

GTbyCitroen race car. Sure, it's hard to see out of it and the HUD doesn't really help any, but it is smexy as everything.

LFA has an extremely cool tachometer.

Anything race car-y full of buttons, wires, screens and tubes.

McLaren MP4-12C. Better and more ergonomic than any HUD. Unfortunately fuel reading doesn't work in GT6.
