Best races for XP B-Spec?

Turbo cup is good at your level. the best ones tho are in extreme races and endurance (dreamcar c'ship and indy500miles)

Just do all the events if you have cars for them. That´s almost enough for lower levels.
If you are one level short, just run the previous race again.
I haven´t had a serious exp problem before level 23.

just do the highest races you can get into. it's not that long, and hard, before you reach 15~20.
