What do you think is the best Rally Car in GT3? 💡

Rallying is very cool  , and some sweet cars are available to do just so.

Here are my top five rally cars:

1. Suzuki - Escudo Pike's Peak Version
2. Lancia - Stratos WRC (Hacked) :p
3. Subaru - Impreza Rally Car Prototype
4. Opel/Vauxhall - Calibra Touring Car (rigged with dirt tires)'
5. Ford - Focus WRC

Please, post your top fives which can include street cars that are equiped with dirt tires. :D

1) Impreza Rally Car Prototype
2) Escort Rally Car
3) Delta HF Rally Car
4) RGT
5) Focus WRC

My Favorites are
1: Lancer Evo 5
2: Imprezza LM Race Car
3: Imprezza Concept Rally Car
4: Lancer Prototype
and 5: Mustang SVT Cobra

:cheeburga

For Handling probably the :subaru: Impreza WRC

For shear dirt raising mad 4WD power well it's gotta be the :suzuki: Escudo? :burnout:

When I wanted to go and Rally, I sold the Toyota Trueno Gt-apex shingheno version, so I could buy the Subaru Rally car (the regular one).

After going a few rally races with it, I was pleased with its performance. Yet, I noticed that some crappier cars can rally too, like my first car the regular Toyota Trueno. By really pushing it, I was able to win some rally races with the Trueno.

If I would've thought of that a little earlier!

Did anyone start out without having a rally car?

I wish I did.

The Peugeot 206 is the best of the rally cars in my opinion. It is light weight, small, and nimble. It also has the most torque of any WRC car.

the citroen xara.... but i am extremely biased :p

havent taken my porsche off road yet .... trying to win other cars atm

My favorite "rally" car is the mitsubishi fto LM even though its complete overkill at 900+hp, its alotta fun, its like your not even really racing just practiceing

Yeah, it is cool to put on dirt tires on rear wheel drive cars. I like to rally with the Falcon XRB racecar. So much dirt lifting power..........................................

The Mini Cooper is a very good rally car, if you pop in the best possible turbo. After tunning that thing up to the max, I had no problem beating other rally cars.

It's so cool to see the little red box raise dirt on the corners. :D

I just wish they had custom paint jobs for cars, like the MINI Cooper that has the Union Jack painted on the roof.

Now that would be
awesome!!!!

Subaru Prototype
my Impreza 22b w/dirt tires (not as fast in the corners but lotsa fun)

I can't stand the lancer prototype - it handles horribly

. In hairpins, it has trouble breaking loose, and when it does it tends to spin out - not what you want in a rally car. Just try to get gold on R-8 and you'll see what I'm talking about. I haven't noticed this with any other (rally) car.

i used the lancer prototype for the most part and i had no problems beating any of the rally races. The Escudo is obviously the best rally car (except that it is TOO powerful!). Actually it is more suited for climbing steep hills...
i haven't tried the impreza prototype, actually i don't even know if i have one. i stuck with the lancer since it got the job done.

For rally I think you need a good heavy car...So the 206 is out of the picture...I still think the Subarus and the Lancers are the best...

I got ahold of the New Beetle RSi early on in the game, and after some basic tuning I managed to make it good enough to clear out Tahiti and the first two races of Tahiti Maze. I really should go back and work on it some more now that I have a little more experience in setting up road cars for rally courses, I can sense there's a dirt-slinging monster in that car waiting to be unchained. 😈

I found that of all the "originional" rally cars which the game has, the Ford Focus WRC is the one I like best. It can be tuned to have a lot more HP than for example the Subaru and Lancer Evo. It gets something like 560 HP if I'm not mistaking. I used it on all my rallys and it did great !

It is sweet to try out different cars, other than rally, for dirt courses.

I too have the New VW rigged for dirt. Now that I have the game long time beaten, I consentrate on doing cool stuff and perfecting my skills.

Isn't it amazing how a rear wheel driven car like the Tickford XR8 Racecar can rally. I find it extremely cool when you drift corners on a rally course.... ease down on the throtle during the entery of the bend.... rip throught the dirt on the exit!!! (Grunts)

I guess its the excessive power thing.
