Best Replay Value?

I got the term from GameInformer's term for how re-playable something is.

What game (or series) has you playing it over and over beyond the initial campaign(if any)?

I think (although some may disagree) the Call of Duty series has the best replay value, simply for it's simple multiplayer and relatively smooth controls.

The only put-down(s) I have are the over-competitive nature of some of the players(it's only a game!), the very common use of expletives to express feelings, and the tendency for there to be certain weapons that everyone uses, reducing the variety:indiff:

And please don't start any flame wars! That only gets you 🤬!(or just banned)

Sports titles I suppose.

There's no completion with them. There designed to be replayed.

The king of replayable, World of Warcraft - I played that **** for years, some people played it for years and are still playing it, kill bosses over and over until you get all the shinies you want, then kill hard bosses over and over or get killed by hard bosses over and over until you kill them.

PvP is self explanatory, kill other players over and over and over until you got all the best gear, then kill them over and over even more.

Many of the good old SNES/NES etc games :) Most games these days just hope that multiplayer produces the long term playability, otherwise, I guess aRPGs if they're good (Diablo/Titan Quest).
