best seat for small space ?

i need a new seat, the space where i use to play it's a bit small and i don't like a thing too big or too heavy (if i want to move the chair for make some more space or if i want to see a movie on the sofa), so i don't know if i should buy a sim racing seat or something more like to a office chair.
for the budget till 400€ it isn't a problem but of course the less i spend the best it is.
i have already a chair for the pc which is in the same room of the ps but i don't know if it's a good idea to use it...

what about a 50$ chair for office instead of that chair? the pro as that it can easily be moved, not that big. cons are that isn't so confortable...

What about a Fanatec CSL seat? That thing is pretty light weight, although not collapsible like a Playseat Challenge.

What about a DXRacer from Need for Seat. http://www.needforseat.de/eu_english/shop/index.php I am curently using one whit a Buttkicker attached.

I wouldnt recomend a office chair, unless you can Lock the Wheels or seat rotation - Armrest can get in your way too!

My solution: Get a saw, cut the back support of, cut Down the legs. Get a drilling machine, some bolts and screw on your prefered seat type - Bucket seat, sport seat or one from your local scrapyard.
