Best setting for getting gold in license tests?

I didn't have much trouble getting all gold in B and A but I'm starting to have some problem in IC. I think I need to change the settings... I turned off everything once and I just spun out of control every time I brake even little.

So what's the best setting for getting gold in harder license tests?
