People anyone got some advice on this? I want to play online in the GT championship i already have:

Toms Super GT car
FTO Super Touring

I was thinking how good is the GTR Xanavi i think on UCD 03 version or the one from the Nissan dealership?

I noticed the 03 model has more torque (75) and is lighter on GT4 this car was MEGA but not sure if PD have messed the handling up on GT5 and i should go for the dealership version.

any advice?

The FTO is not a GT500 car but it is fast. The Premium Tom's Supra is a good choice. The Xanavi Nismo GT-R is also a good choice. You can't go wrong with any of them.

I use the the yellow hat supra and gtr, both are serious tools with the right tune, I've had lots of online gt500 wins with both

I use a Stealth GT500 GT-R and Stealth GT500 NSX, they're awesomely quick with good tunes behind them. Both are gonna be downloadable soon I think.

so is there any difference between the 03 (in UCD) or the Xanavi in the dealership i think 06/07?

Also how do you get Stealth GT500 GT-R and Stealth GT500 NSX???????????? anyway

Sadly they are only available for the USA region. Also, these cars do not qualify as SUPER GT vehicles in the seasonal events.

The Xanavi 03 is fast and has lots more torque which is useful on short and tight tracks. It has couple of issues, though. If you enter the pits on an online race it won't get serviced. I learned that while racing, where pit stops where required. In fact, the car is taken over by the AI and moves back and forth in the pit box. Finally after some time you can take over it and drive away, but without fuel or tires.

Who knows, maybe it was a fluke issue in that instance only.

The second issue is the top speed on long straights, like on Indy or Daytona, seems a bit low compared to others. Maybe it was the set up but I didn't experiment further. But again, how many tracks have such long straights, right?

The one in the new car dealership is awesome (and it gets serviced). :dopey:

Nismo Z and the #23 GT-R, but any GT-R -Premium
Loctite NSX 01 and the Pitwork Z - standard

Diablo. Can't say that enough. Especially after the tune I put on mine last night. When I get home later I'll post it. Top speed of 225mph, 3:20 on Sarthe 2009 no chicane.

Just to repeat, the Stealth cars are not really GT500. They are GT500+.

I compiled some numbers a while ago on the GT500 cars in the B-Spec seasonal: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aiw0Wxz2StbPdDktc3czaG5fSHFRVzhFNDFTT0o0Unc&hl=en_US

The NSXs are, typically, the fastest. The Z is quick and the GT-Rs are good. The SC430 are rubbish.

Mind you, the Bobs are running the cars completely stock. If you tweak the suspension a bit, you're results will vary. Also, keep in mind, the NSX is mid-engined. I'm still not used to that so I don't do as well in an NSX. I don't run in any GT500 leagues, but I do play around with the Yellowhat GT-R.

Try to avoid the Lexus vehicles, they are notably sluggish.

Ive been trying each model under stock mods/tune and the Lexus' seems to keep up with my GT-R's. Might be my driving style though, I guess I'm not taking the GT-R to their full potential.

RE:Nomad, no its in the 300 class.

Should try the mobil 1 NSX that car is awesome

I second that motion, utterly devastating with the right tuning. I managed 1:29's on Tokyo R246 with no aids except for ABS in an online race a while back, the rest of the room was running 1:33's with TCS and wheel and pedal sets!

The Lexus are amongst the fastest. The Petronas SC430 is my weapon of choice. It needs to have the near perfect tune on it for it to really act the way you want. I spent moneths trying to get it right and now that I have, it's possibly one of my top 5 cars to drive in GT5
