whats the best technique for drifting the D1GP FC RX7 according to the drift settings depot settings? I've tried alot of stuff but i get the car at around 10-15* angle and i usually just hit the wall. Any suggestions. BTW i'm using a controller not those expensive wheels.

stock settings with no aids works best for me...on tsukaba circut...on the first long turn i use lift off....then on the first hairpin i use feint....the following 2 hairpins i use feint also.....i use the dfp, dunno if that makes a difference...o yeah plus im too lazy to tinker with settings ...

ima post up a vid of me drifting like 3 out of the 5 turns on tsukaba lol....sad...but its good enough for me since im using the dfp!

EDIT: vid is up for dling XP

I find it drifts really easily just by lifting off. Once it's sliding feather the throttle to maintain the drift. Of course, being a rotary you really need to keep the revs up.

Theres no magical set up, that can get your car drifting perfect, if you want to learn the basics check out Tank's and swift's "Drift Reference".

The key element is practice. its always gonna be hard starting off. but if you play 1 hour a day, for a month, see where that's gonna get ya 👍

Good luck, and show your progress 👍

Practice practice, practice..lol I've only been really into drifting in GT4 for about a week or two now. And I can tell I'm getting better. Just practice lol
