Best track for car comparison

Once I've bought a new car, I have set tracks to compare various classes to see who comes out on top. I wanted to know what track gives the fairest comparison, eg High Speed Ring favours motors with High top speed (as the name suggests) but no good for your 4WD high grip mothers! I use Trial Mountain for road cars, and gives me a fair comparison of each car. Give each car 3 laps to impress me, I usually nail one of the 3.
Does anyone do the same, and have a 'best track' for this?
 
I do my testing at Tokyo just because I'm very consistent with my times there no matter what car I'm driving. I'm not sure why I like that track so much, but I do. I've also used the Top Gear Test Track to play around with PP settings. I found that at around a 400-450 PP setting, I can get a F150 lightning within .2-.3 seconds of a 512BB.
