What you can do is get the SP Model car pack from the Playstation store, you'll get a special color GT-R, Citroen GT, Countach LP400, and Veyron all for free.

Once you get the Veyron, take it to Test Course with 3 laps (until you get S Rank, then bring it down to 2). You will get big money for winning.
