Best way to level up a new Bob

Best I've found is the Extreme European race at Monza. It's the highest level race with "normaL" AI cars. I like Monza since it's a power track with few corners. You can give a level 0 Bob a highly modified AWD car and he'll win by a mile. I don't recommend FR or MR cars since level 0 Bobs love to spin them.

Level 0 Bob goes to level 10 in his first race and level 13 in his second race. Lvl 0 to lvl 13 in an hour. Plus almost 200k credits.

True for just xp. But when you factor money into the equation, the European race makes 4X the money per minute.

I put my new bob in an endurance race, i forget which, maybe laguna 200 or indy 500.
it boost from level 0 to level 11 in 1 race. Now he is level 25 with 30/30 race win. mostly put him in dream car championship to grind for credit as well.

Dream car championship gives about 1,000,000 cr an hour and pretty decent xp too with x2010.
