Best way to transfer music (from iTunes) to PS3

As an avid PS3 user with a large hard drive I am of course interested in putting my music onto my PS3.

I recently had to replace a dead PS3 and haven't got round to putting my music back on it yet.
Last time I encountered painfully slow transfers and music files which only appeared as a file name, immediately eliminating any way of organising it.

I was wondering what's the best way to transfer my music on my computer to my PS3?

I'd prefer to do it over my wireless network as I don't have any large memory sticks in order to do it.

You can't transfer files to the PS3 over wireless. So if you have a small flash drive it will require several trips back to the PS3. You can highlight the flash drive and press triangle to view all of the files.
 
Do you really need to tranfer it or would streaming it from your PC be enough.
 
You actually can do it wirelessly. Download PS3 Media server on your PS3. you can acess all your files on your PC.
