Best way to upload to YouTube and take action photo

This is a two part question that I was gonna need help with. I have a video I have saved of a race and I want to take a action picture of a particular part. Now when I have tried this in the past, its real blury...What Im I doing wrong??

Second question.....Im assuming there is a video editing process in Forza. What are the best steps to place a video on YouTube??..If I want to change camera angles/change cars I should do this BEFORE placing it in YouTube...Thanx for any pointers
