I recently purchased Forza 4 and since my G27 wheel won't work with Forza, I was wondering what wheel to buy to use on both games. Don't really wanna spend more than say $700.00 so if anyone can suggest a good wheel and pedal set for both games, I'd appreciate the input. I have heard there is some sort of an adapter for the G27 to make it work with XBox. Would that be a good option or not? Thanks for any help.
 
All you need:

Fanatec CSR Elite wheel. It costs $539,95. Let's say $550 with shipping. You can connect your G27 pedals to the wheel. I have the CSR Elite pedals, they cost $150,-. Would fit nicely into your budget, or go a little over and have the CSR Elite v2 pedals, they are $250,-.

The V2 looks about the same but is different, why you want it:
The new ClubSport Pedals V2 features a hydraulic dampened and pressure sensitive brake and a complex clutch mechanism for more realism.

Wow, thanks for the infiormative post. I was thinking about that wheel, just not sure which cockpit to go with as I already have the Playseat and by the looks of your suggestion, I'd have to go with a different cockpit. Any suggestions on that front? Thanks again for your reply.

What do you mean with cockpit? Your whole rig? I have a fake Playseat and it fits perfectly. The pedals have little rubbers on the bottom so they don't slide, but also have holes you could drill through. The bottom of the wheelbase is adjustable, I think the range is about 25cm, to 1 cm or less.

And I forgot to say, if you play on the xbox it's completely wireless. You hook your pedals up to your wheel, connect it to some power and it works!

Yea, I meant driving rig. What do you mean by "fake" playseat? If you don't mind, could you show a pic of your whole rig? Thanks again for your continued help. Thinking very seriously about this wheel and the pedals.
