Best XP/minute ratio event in A-Spec?

Lately I've found myself grinding the Dream Car Indy race to build up some money and it's worked fairly well. Now I'm at the stage where I've got a lot of cash, but my A-Spec level is only a measly 24 or something, something I'd like to rectify (by grinding if need be).

So, what A-Spec event has the best XP/minute ratio? Preferably not including Endurance Events.

Have you done the online events? Tons of almost effort free exp points.

Sadly those exp poing are **** when compared to what I need to level up to 38 lol
