Better Buy? - Does It Matter?

hey all - just a basic question i guess - in gt4 does it matter when doing up your car where you do it ? by this i mean using a tuner manufacturer (HKS, BLITZ) or using the tuning shop provided by the cars manufacturer? so which one is best to use or does it not matter?

I think the only different parts you can buy at tuner village is the "original" turbo, and the "original" suspension. other than that, i think its the same parts

it's odd because there's no difference between tuning shops at all, but they got good lookin' cars in the showroom (my fav's Trial Celica)
