Better licenses

Remember this? I think many people miss GT4 style licenses and want them back.

Here's what I suggest
- more license tests (like GT4)
- more variety
- different assist configs mean different times
- licenses need to be passed in order to race certain races
- there should be 4 medals: bronze, silver, gold, and platinium (which should be extremly hard)
- first 3 medals only bring reward cars
- pace car should be optional
- more forgiving
- cofee breaks should be back to licenses too (huge variety of different, fun, funny and relaxing styles like car football and so on) coffee breaks should be optional but still have cash rewards

I think licenses are extremely fun way to discover your style and drive different cars
