For GT5, I really liked the events for Jeff Gordon, Sebastien Loeb, and Sebastian Vettel, as well as the concept behind the Grand Tour. But I do wonder if something similar to these three could return in a successive game, or if they could end up like the Top Gear event where it's absent in future installments for licensing reasons. I also think the AMG Driving Academy could simply be replaced with Circuit Experience (or an equivalent), and I wouldn't mind the karting & rally events become part of the campaign somehow, either. My idea is that if those first three events I mentioned don't return (but the respective cars & tracks do), then perhaps some trophies could be implemented that refer to the gold medal times originally required by those events.

As for GT6, I really love the concept of the hillclimb. It's a great context for having both vintage and state-of-the-art vehicles. I also really hope the Sierra Time Rally returns, too. Finally, I could see the Senna tribute events being similar to those first three events I mentioned from GT5, and if the events proper cannot return, then I'd be OK with just obtaining a certain time with a given car/track combo rewarding the player a trophy. (Of course, tuning would be disabled.)

EDIT: Ideally, I'd like to see drift events come about, too, and what I think would be even better is some sort of "Gr.D" being created for the various drift cars throughout the series - from the BP-Falken RX-7 FC that was awarded at the Tokyo Auto Salon, to the the more recent Turn 14 BR-Z - if only so that they're not cluttering up Gr.X and thus furthermore cementing Gr.X status as a "wastebin class."
