BGM settings, can' find them!

I feel like a total idiot, i just got a ps3 and GT5P (i've had all the others) and i CAN NOT find the settings to adjust (TURN OFF) the BGM. When i am driving that all i want to do DRIVE.

SOMEBODY PLEEESE HELP!

Go to Options/hardware and press right with the d-pad and the Audio settings box will be there.

It can be hard to find at first because it sits off screen.

I do not know why people do not explore OPTIONS. That is always my first thing when I start pretty much any game. Especially PC games or any racing games.
